CLEANLINESS

We make a conscious effort to assure the most clean environment possible.  We offer an entrance for our well patients with appointments that is separate from the sick lobby and walk in patients.  Any walk in patient that is not sick but injured will have a separate waiting area as well. 

FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

You will be greeted with a smile upon entry to our facility.  We will maintain a professional, friendly, patient centered environment.

We also have theme rooms.  this allows your visit to feel more comfortable and home-like.  

ACCESSIBILITY

We are committed to making sure we are available when our patients need us.  In conjunction with our night clinic, and we offer House calls for homebound patients.  

MEET THE TEAM

Robin Scott, CRNP WCC, Owner/Director

Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, chronic disease mgmt, urgent care, emergency care, wound care, administration, acute and post acute care, nursing homes, hospice, pediatrics and women’s health. Robin was born and raised in Boaz, Alabama.  She worked in California and Oregon as a traveler.  She obtained her Masters in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons College in Boston, MA in 2015 and worked as a RN since 2005.

Robin has three sons, Ryan, Mika and Kemper.  Also 10 grandchildren, four dogs and three cats.



Isabela Merida, Office/Clinical Assistant

Isabela will be the first office personnel you meet when you enter the building.  She will also be providing translator services for Spanish speaking patients and clinical assistance as needed.  


Isabela is a Junior in high school at Albertville High School.  She is a coop student and works with us in the evenings.  

Tracy Casey, Office/Clinical Assistant

Tracy is a seasoned Medical Office/Assistant with years of knowledge in precerts for insurance, referrals, office staff, clinical assisting.  


Tracy also works with Marshall Medical Center South. 

Ana Leon, Office/Clinical Assistant

Ana will be working as clinical assistant taking vitals, rooming patients, translation for Spanish speaking patients, nursing services and will be filling in at front desk when needed.

Messages left here will be checked daily and we will respond as soon as possible.

Clinic Services/Appt

Most Chronic Disease Management can be handled by appointment.  It is important an appt is made to allow more time to discuss issues in depth. Chronic issues include but are not limited to:

  •     Diabetes Mgmt
  •     Blood Pressure Mgmt
  •     High cholesterol Mgmt
  •     Depression/Anxiety
  •     Thyroid Issues
  •     Wound Care
  •     Medication Mgmt
  •     Abdominal Pain
  •     Pap Smears/Screens
  •     Physicals for college and insurance/jobs (no school physicals)

House Calls Program 

Will be able to see home bound patients in their setting.  Anyone that is home bound and unable to get to the medical office can make appointment for a provider to see them in their home.  Some that may benefit from this program are:

  • Elderly patients
  • Recurrent hospitalized patients
  • Patient with physical disabilities making it a taxing effort to get to a provider office.
